They can't have it both ways. Do you want more security or not? I will be honest I have known his name for years but until last night I had never heard him speak nor did I know what he looked like. Hell I wouldn't even recognize Chris McGowan if he was walking down the street. Why would a cop in Oakland?

Until they release video footage of this, I'm going to assume it's an Oakland cop being a bad sport.

Exactly. If he really didn't have the proper identification on him, then it's Ujiri's fault. It's also an issue if he didn't give the security officer 2-3 seconds to verify.

Why? If in fact he didn't have the ID or give the guard enough time to check, then this has nothing to do with race.

White cop. He even looks like a tool. Video doesn't show the actual confrontation though.

Do they have photos of Ujiri with his credentials visible? If so the cop’s screwed.

Is it really that hard to find officers who diffuse incidents instead of escalate them?

I know several guys who became cops that were "likes to fight guy" at parties and places like that. It's like some of these cops are just hoping for someone to not show his credentials correctly (even though in the video it clearly shows Ujiri with his credentials in his hand before, during, and after the incident) so he can use the fact he's a police officer to rough someone up "legally".

He has it in his hand walking from the tunnel. It is still in that same hand right after he allegedly shoved the officer. Then it is still in his hand after he gets through.
