He should be a smart kid given his GPA. Seems to have a good work ethic too. With his athletic gifts I think we got a crazy steal!
Have we ever drafted someone from UNC? Duke sure. I just saw Mr. Nolan Smith on the bench when I saw a game in Cameron for my first time this December. Sure to bring HIM up!
Yes he seems like a good guy, hopefully he can improve his shooting, than he'll be really really good
Ever since we drafted Nassir, I've been waiting for him to develop into an all-star. But it just hasn't happened. I think it's time to trade him if we can, waive him if not. Dame's getting older, the window is closing. barfo
I mean "technically" it was Justin Jackson 2 years ago whom we traded for Collins but I'm assuming you meant that actually played for us and I don't know that.
Little has the unique distinction of being the first. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_North_Carolina_Tar_Heels_in_the_NBA_draft
Blazers Had Nassir Little 12th On Draft Board Jun 21, 2019 12:50 AM The Portland Trail Blazers had Nassir Little 12th on their draft board but selected him at No. 25. Little was one of the highest rated prospects entering his freshman season at North Carolina. "'We're stunned we end up with this guy,'" Ryen Russillo said a source with the Blazers told him.
Yeah from Olsheys comments it sounded like they were planning on drafting someone else (I think it was KZ) this afternoon, and just got lucky.
Did you notice ESPN graphic said Blazers biggest needs were PG, SG, and Center?? Not SF and PF? Every time another team grabbed a SF I screamed.
