my guess is if Portland lets Aminu walk (and at this point I'm in favor of that), they'd be a lot more inclined to keep Harkless as he can play small-ball PF and match up against a lot of other PF's. Not as well as Aminu but better than either Turner or Layman. With Aminu gone, Harkless would be Portland's best perimeter defender and the 2nd best defender on the team after Nurkic. that said, if some team was willing to take either Meyers or Mo without sending back any salary, I would not be surprised if the Blazers accepted. That would give them the opportunity to use both the full-MLE and BAE this summer and still leave a semi-comfortable margin below the hard cap
