Easy money for the under on the clippers too IMHO

What do you like more for a bet - Over on Blazers, or Under on clippers?

Clippers under. Kawhi ain't playing more than 65 games, PG will be out for the first few, and the rest of their team is also kinda new. Their high usage players from last year are gone-- it's gonna be an adjustment.

While, we could have an injury and it'd be over.

I'd have to go with the Blazers. However I predicted 60 wins in the 16-17 season, and we all know how that worked out. Ugly.... Lol

They have the same issue as we do, no perimeter defense and no real power forward.

They’re interesting, I love Conley’s game when he’s healthy but he’s one of those guys who seems to be hurt a lot. I think he’s good fit with them too. They need Mitchell to be an star like 25ppg though because they lack those guys who can just get you buckets when things break down.

Oh boy, 538's formula hates us.

Apparently only a 37% chance of us making the playoffs

Maybe you need to tweak the model then.

Yeah they have a lot of new players as well. How Bogdanovic plays will he be huge for them IMO.

Blockbuster? No. But they were 2nd in the conference last year, added Jerami Grant, and their young core is a year older/more mature/more experienced. They deserve to be highly ranked.

I think this team is being massively underrated, and I NEVER say that. e.g., I pegged us for 46 wins last year.

Bazemore and Hood are a huge upgrade over bumblefingers and Harkeless, and exactly what the Dr. ordered. I predict Whiteside will be his best self and a very good stand-in for Nurk. A defensive beast.

As opposed to the onslaught of two-man teams in the west, we are a team 8-9 deep where all the pieces fit. Reminds me of the old Pistons teams, or the Dallas team that won it all.

52 wins at least and a very deep playoff run.

When is the last time two forwards brought home a championship? Clippers = overrated.

You are right. The rest of the list is just so totally arbitrary that I wonder how they managed to put the nuggets where they did. I wonder what their metrics are.
