Sounds like you think you can guard Shaq.
    Whatever.
    Raweed certainly couldn’t.
Praise him all you want. I will stay on record saying my opinion is he Cost them the chip. And he cost the franchise a bunch more.

Oh and trying to blame Stern for the things Rasheed Wallace did? Sure some will buy that.

Well I just can’t really see the correlation beings Roy has been lauded for bringing the Blazers back to respectability from the era Sheed lead them in.
    Apples and oranges to me.

When last I saw him, Roy seemed to be rounding into an apple...

Last time I saw him he was at a Blazer Game. Got a standing ovation two years ago.
Can’t remember Sheed going to a Blaxer game though he might have? Certainly didn’t get a standing O for being there?

Holy motherfucker did Sheed getting a HUGE ovation. I was sitting right across from him and the crowd went insane. (I think @Scalma's picture is from that game.)

Like i said can't remember? I didn't see it and i wasn't there if it happened. But if it did i'm glad Portland showed him respect. I would have clapped politely for sure. But that would have been all from me. The guy didn't do anything positive for this franchise in my opinion and has never said anything good about the fan base that i have ever read. I will admit up front that i don't go looking for things Rasheed Wallace says about Portland or their fan base.

Dont lie. We know you are secretly infatuated with him to the point you have to outwardly project hatred towards him to hide your true feelings! :)

By asking how that contract hurt the team? I notice you didn't provide any examples either. I didn't even bring Roy up...

Sheed doesn't belong in the conversation of any of the Blazer greats, except to mention his extraordinary potential and that he was too much of a cancer to be seriously considered in the conversation.

Sheed's so far behind Sabonis and Pippen in that conversation it's not even funny. And most people probably put Roy ahead of both.

Statistically speaking Sheed owned both Pippen and Sabas. He carried them more than the other way around. As far as sabotage goes, please give me an example of how he "sabotaged" the team.

Rasheed was a Blazer great and an NBA great and also a huge part of one of the best Blazer teams ever assembled. Very misunderstood. Dude was cool. He was passionate.

BRoy was revelation, who reinvigorated the franchise after some terrible years. But putting him ahead of Sabas or Pippen or Sheed is a joke. He was damaged goods, both as a player and a leader.

How about undermining the coach and pouting to the point that the coach quit calling plays for a 10 game stretch only to see Sheed's effort improve immensely over that stretch?

How about throwing that towel in Sabas face?

How about refusing to do his mandatory workouts to the point that he chose to pay a fine every month instead?

How about a young player in working on his free throws alone (he thought), getting hit in nuts with a ball, and looking up to see Sheed and another player running off giggling like little girls?

Real team building experiences right? Do I really need to go on?

    Dude was a cancer.

*Edit* Oh, and Sabonis in his day was considered the best player in the world by many people.

Pippen was voted one of the top 50 players in NBA history.

Sheed never had to worry about any of that.

Your reading comprehension remains truly pathetic.... and hilarious! I don't think it would be possible to sum up what I said any more inaccurately then you just did. Good thing you put that confusion "on record" though honestly, no one cares.

Sheed was the best player on that team. Both Pippen and Sabas were past their primes, I shouldn't have to say that because you knew it when you posted this non-sense. The towel incident was because Sabas had twice flailed trying to draw a foul and in the process raked Sheed across the face. Most of the rest of your points are unsubstantiated hearsay. You didn't and don't like Sheed, that doesn't change the fact that he was the best player on this team and twice was the best part of teams that should have won it all.

They certainly should have won it all. And if Wallace hadn't been so busy destroying the chemistry on the team they may well have done exactly that, rather than shitting the bed every time the going got tough.

    Those other points were verified.

He was a piece of shit teammate except for the 3 months following both Portland and Atlanta shipping his ass out of town.

When I was 15 I worked at the Lloyd center area Burger King, Sheed pulled up in drive thru in his black S550 Benz, excitingly I greeted him and asked how he was doing he responded by asking how much his total was...
