    They should have the right to refuse service to anyone, like most businesses. If it’s that important to wax your junk just go somewhere else, unless of course you’re looking for attention.

    Seems like the natural defense here is that they're not refusing to serve a person, but that they simply don't offer the service requested, if (as is purported in the story) waxing female genitalia is in fact a significantly different process than waxing male genitalia.
