I've only seen one good movie of his, Chinatown. Also, I wouldn't applaud him for all the money in the world. Okay, that's exaggerating just a tad.
Just saw it. God damn Brad Pitt is a handsome man. Good, not great, movie. Not my favorite Tarantino. 8/10

Advice from Lanny Take out a subscription to Playboy. Go see a topless show. Talk to girls. Once is enough and you made me watch you disrobe when I was over at your place for drinks. Believe you me if I could take it back I'd give you your hundred bucks back because that's a sight forever burned into my brain and not in a good way. SHUDDER
Good, not great. Agreed. Pitt and Leo saved this movie. If those roles were played by damn near anyone else the movie would have fallen completely flat. I know QT movies meander but Jesus. Almost 2.5 hours without any discernible plot was kinda tough. Last 15 or so minutes though was absolute gold.
Why was it that QT didn’t put Margot Robbie in the movie that she went to see as herself (Tate). QT put Leo in as Steve McQueen’s possible replacement in The Great Escape. Kept Tate as her actual self. Out of respect?
Any of you who have seen the movie agree with this? https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/quentin-tarantino-is-cancelled/
