They all feel the same though... I stopped watching when I realized that I literally had to stop and think wait those were two different movies lol.

one thing I do really like is that Marvel has done is take risk on their lessor known IPs. Not sure we will get to see as many risks if the future with them having X-Men/F4. If they do, it will be regulated to Disney+ I bet.

I'm sorry but anyone who says the recent DC movies after the Nolan Batman trilogy were good and the Marvel movies weren't loses all their credibility in my eyes.

No argument there. The MCU reminds me of the Pixar films. It's like they have figured out the perfect superhero movie formula that allows them to simply print as much money as they want. It reminds me of a video I saw about the 2-3 dudes responsible for writing most of the hit pop songs over the last 20 years. It's like MCU producers and writers have figured out how to hit all the right story beats in order to stimulate the human brain so that people start to consider those films required viewing. I feel manipulated. There has been way too many friggin' Spiderman movies. I think that is 8 starting with Toby's first one. I'm just burned out I guess.

I agree about there being too many. The Tom Holland ones have seemed different though.

Yeah, I liked Homecoming. I still haven't seen the most recent one though.

Spiderman, venom, carnage, fantastic 4, silver surfer were my favorites growing up. Every single movie that has come out depicting them I have been disappointed. The last Spiderman movie was OK. Venom was meh but ok.

It's the same thing with Resident Evil. Pretty much my favorite video game series. Sucked balls when converted to movies.

What if I like both? Man of Steel was amazing, one of my favorite movies ever, and I liked BvS ultimate cut. Wonder Woman and Shazam were great. I also enjoy all the Marvel movies to varying degrees.

Man of Steel and BvS are hardly recent but I do prefer them and they are some of my favorite films. They actually had ambition and direction. I can't say the same for most of the Marvel movies which are all the same note. You can't tell who is directing them because they are all the same style.

It's too bad people fall into group think because of what Rotten Tomatoes says. If we had Rotten Tomatoes back in the day, Jim Carrey would have been panned and his career wouldn't have turned out the same. I guess I have no credibility. Whatever shall I do? ;-(

WB just got a new CEO. The movement raised a bunch of money and awareness during Comicon. They paid for a plane to fly the banner "releasethesnydercut." There were billboards for the Snyder Cut. Jason Mamoa just put on his IG that he saw the Snyder Cut and it's "ssssiiiicckkkkk." Every week the momentum continues to build. Many theorize that HBO Max will release it. The movement is not going away. It's only getting stronger. I think we'll have it within the next couple years.

Iron Man was very good. Perhaps the best of the super hero movies. Maybe that was because of Robert Downey Jr. whom I think is one terrific actor.
