He's been the best player out there by far. He's 6'6-- never realized he was that tall.

And he's a free agent next year. I'd make him our long term mainstay at SF.

Unless Sacramento doesn't give him the qualifying offer, he'll be restricted.

How does Turkey almost beat the USA, then crash out of the World Cup by losing to Czech Republic?

    FG%
    Tur - 38%
    Cze - 59%

    Reb
    Tur - 26
    Cze - 41

    Ilyasova - 0/9

Patty Bloody Mills! Clutch three that ended up being the game sealer.

Very tough grinding game. Lithuania holding Australia (both man and jersey) off the ball all game, and never any calls for it. Patty will be covered in bruises.

Refs were terrible. Not biased either way, just flat out awful. Bad calls went both ways.

Name the two ex-Blazers in this game:

(I would be very happy if Ntilikina was a future Blazer - he has looked transformed playing for France and would pair nicely with Simons.)

His development has been phenomenal. He is one of the top guards in Euroleague and until two years ago Real Madrid was loaning him to Murcia because he was not good enough for them.

Greece managed to beat New Zealand! wow totally unexpected. Good we only conceded 97 points against this so talented team! Now playing USA on Saturday, I guess Giannis will find some more space to operate as I doubt they will double him on every possession

They did their Haka, maybe that's what scared us

We are on a roll there. First time in the World Cup since 1967, that’s 52 years! And we have won all 4 games and secured a spot in the quarterfinals already, that’s really big. We don’t have any really recognized players, the only one who made a good career in NBA is back at home trying to diminish anything this team achieves.

We will probably get spanked by Argentina and then Serbia or Spain but making it to the top 8 in the world is a huge success already.

Australia in their victory over Dominican Republic:

    FGM - 30
    AST - 30

Yep, every single Australian field goal was assisted. A high AST:FGM ratio has been a hallmark of this Australian campaign.

If France beat Lithuania, both France, and Australia advance to the next round. Lithuania is going to be a much tougher test for France than they’ve had so far.

    Let’s go Nic and France!

Nic dominated the first quarter. Blocking shots, draining threes, throwing down dunks, hitting turnarounds.
