It cannot be denied that many libs in power refuse to enforce certain immigration laws that they don't agree with. Sanctuary cities, DACA, refusing ICE detainers, turning the accused loose without bail... The ways they do it are many, but all are rooted in corruption. Ever wonder why? The reason they do not simply repeal the laws or write new ones to fix it (their one job) is because the goal is to have slaves, with a shock collar on them (the threat of deportation), to keep wages and bennies low for all legal citizens, to keep the masses in fear due to high crime rates, to keep us divided by race-baiting, to extort votes from targeted classes, to make everyone dependent on the government for everything. If anyone disagrees with this view please bring educated and informed rebuttal.
You forgot to add pot to the mix. Many stated refuse to enforce federal law against the possession or use of weed. Alaska is such a state. Should we add their government officials to the list of dastardly people who refuse to enforce federal law?
Here are some SherifFs who refuse to enforce gun legislation. https://www.apnews.com/b186ce346d2d446babceaf15fec68e6c
Gun legislation is unconstitutional, and therefore unenforceable in any legal sense by any segment of our Justice system. Any attempts to enforce gun legislation are an act of treason, and Sheriffs are the only Constitutionally valid LEOS in America.

The constitution says that the judicial branch has the role of interpreting the constitution and determining the constitutionality of legislation. To claim gun legislation is unconstitutional when the judicial branch has upheld the constitutionality of said legislation would be in opposition to constitutionally dictated federal authority.
That is untrue. I just heard on the local news where someone confessed to smoking pot in a social security office and got arrested by the FBI. Did I mention that happened here in Oregon?
My goodness, do you have no idea what the courts have ruled on gun legislation? Do you think atomic bombs are legal. What about heavy artillery? Chain guns? Mortars? Tanks? Hand grenades? Mines?
SCOTUS is the ultimate decider, and has never wavered in it's support for the 2nd Amendment. SCOTUS has ruled that it is absolutely an individual right. SCOTUS has never ruled in favor of any challenge to the right to bear arms. And never will.
Police Chief and Sheriffs enforce the law. A good many of then do not need the law interpreted. There is quite a difference between enforcing the law and interpreting it since most people can read. Article VI (part of) "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
THE DUTIES,RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES OF THE SHERIFF CANNOT BE DIMINISHEDby those in the legislature and courts; nor can it be diminished by any state constitution. When it comes to enforcing the Law, which is to say enforcing the Constitution for the United States of America, the Sheriff, being the “Chief Law Enforcement Officer”,answers to We the People; no one else, not even the Governor; like any other elected official, the Sheriff cannot be removed from office by another elected official. He can only be removed by the People at the ballot box; or, by recall; or, by indictment by the Grand Jury. The United States Supreme Court said: “The Sheriff is the ‘Chief Executive and Administrative Officer’ of a county, chosen by popular election. His principal duties are in aid of the criminal and civil courts of record [Common Law Courts] such as serving process, summoning juries, executing judgments, holding judicial sales and the like. He is also the ‘Chief Conservator of the Peace’ within his territorial jurisdiction.”
