It's not about you. Try to get keep that in mind. This conversation is about Blazers Outsiders. Using another show or media example is all that has been done. I could have done the same thing with Blazers Edge or any other related media outlet with the Blazers name.
You think he’s an angry Drunk, a happy drunk, or just a curl up and pass out drunk? All three I guess could have entertainment value lol.
That is actually true. I don't watch the videos. And yes it says that on them. At least the ones i have noticed on here. But still was never the point in the first place.
Huh? Kj… You clearly made it about me. This thread wasn''t about me until you posted and were clearly subliminally referencing me. "People on this site have a little different perspective" "No post or pregame show is going to get a spot mainstream if they don't understand those issues. They will stay on YouTube..." There's exactly one person who has a Blazers postgame show on YouTube now. Me... Listen, I'm fine with you criticizing what I do, I'm fine if you don't support me, I'm fine with all of that. But don't obviously reference me, then say "It's not all about you try to keep that in mind" when I simply respond to what you're saying. You make it seem as if I'm derailing the thread to make it all about me when I'm simply responding to what you're saying.
@kjironman1 You've actually given me a bit more insight, to be truthful. Outsiders does seem to be a little more for the casual fan. They have their niche. My niche is different. My show will be more catered to detailed observation and in-depth breakdown, which is more for the hardcore fan. If Outsiders can satisfy the casual fans (as you say) and I can satisfy the hardcore fans, then in the end, I don't think my show will be competing with theirs in any way, since we have a different type of fan we're marketing to. In the end, an option for everyone is what's best for all Blazer fans. (The whole #3 thing was a joke, they'll still be #1 given their platform and production quality). I also realized the main reason I didn't like that show was because it didn't really appeal to the hardcore fan in me who wanted detailed, in-depth breakdowns. But that's fine! Obviously, there's a large group of people out there who like it or else they wouldn't be on air. That's what motivates me to do my own post-game show, to appeal to a different kind of market. I just disagree with you saying that a post-game show predicated on in-depth breakdown and observation couldn't be a mainstream success.
I made content for him up until early June. I have since split off and made my own platform! I still give his channel shoutouts from time-to-time, but simply as a thank you. In my recent content announcement that @HailBlazers is referencing, it was obvious I had my own channel instead, since that was where the content announcement was posted, and that's exactly what the content announcement was about.
Honestly there was nothing "SUBLIMINAL". It was never about you ever. You were the one that responded that. Hope your work continues to grow and you find more success.
You conveniently left off the rest of the statement with ...." This is the actual statement. "No post or pregame show current or future is going to get a spot mainstream if they don't understand those issues. They will stay on YouTube or whatever other media outlet they happen to be using so people who want to watch that kind of thing can search them out." That statement is not about you and it clearly covers any other form of media coverage. As i recall Chris Craig also does some stuff. Pretty sure The HCP does. As i remember there is a guy slypokerdog that has a site he is running. No this is not about you.
Like i said this is not about you and never has been. Just my take on Blazers Outsiders. Apologize for all the uprise people seem to have with my take. I feel they do a fine job for the people they are targeting.
That would be the whole point. Maybe try it? I wonder myself? I know if i could turn it on after the game i would watch it. But i probably will not search for it online. However??? Now that i don't have Comcast Cable i might have to? Now this is about you!
I think many people would agree that you were subliminally reference me with your whole "Nobody wants to watch a postgame show criticizing Stotts" and you bringing up YouTube, but whatever. Then how do you explain this quote? Listen, we don't have to talk about this anymore. I'm just sayin...
Just seemed weird to me that you'd reference a hypothetical Blazers postgame show on YouTube that'd be criticizing Stotts too much in a thread that you know I'm participating in. But hey, maybe it was a coincidence.
99% of the time I'm super loving happy type drunk. On a very rare occasion something will anger me and I get a little mean but it has to be pretty bad to get to that point. I barely drink at all anymore though.
