It's too bad we shit the bed vs Auburn. The season would be looking pretty rosey if we could have just taken care of business. I blame my birthday. My teams always lose if they play a big game on August 31st.
I think that has been the problem all year. The Ducks have had injuries and or the receivers have under performed. It's been tough on Hebert to get going. Some of this falls on the offensive coordinator.
Come Friday, yes. That remark strangely reminded me of this song. Now, I'm not one of dem so-called "Parrot Heads", but I still luvs me some Jimmy Buffett every now and then....
Ducks are building the right way! With a tenacious D. When Pac12 team has a solid Defense, it allows the offense more time on the field to get things excited. Id much rather have the team built this way rather than big O and No D. With a few injured receivers coming back things will pick up for Justin. Come Friday!
I'd say both Alabama and Clemson were equally good on both sides of the ball last year. Not that drafts are everything but... Clemson had 6 players drafted, 5 of them on defense. 4 of those were defensive linemen and 3 of those 4 were 1st round picks. Alabama had 10 players drafted, 5 on each side of the ball.
