Please don't compare an opinion about someone's basketball skills to being a Trump supporter.

So what if we like Trump and and don't hate Zion? Is that possible?

Does anyone really hate Zion? I think many are concerned he will be able to stay healthy, but how can you not like him? Like Trump. :-)

I hear ya. Just cracks me up. First it was, “wait til he plays a real college team” Then he lights up Kentucky. Then it was wait til he plays NBA players his size” Then he killed that first game in Summer League before resting. Now this. Maybe there’s a chance he is really good, in spite of what the forum experts think. Oh well.

There are no NBA players his size. :-). To me, his greatest strength is pushing the ball on the break. Like a cross between Draymond and a wrecking ball. If he stays healthy, how to do stop that? You can try and draw the charge, but Zion seems nimble enough to avoid that and go around you.

I just hope he can keep his humble spirit as the fame increases.

Zion is great. I absolutely love his game. It doesn't matter if he's driving the ball against a 7 footer because they just bounce off of him. My only concern is health. That's a lot of stress on his back and joints.

Teams will simply play off of him until he proves he can beat them with his jumper

Which could be a concern given that he will be paired with Lonzo who can't shoot to save his dad's sneaker brand.

Lonzo shot 33% on 4+ attempts per game. I wouldn't say he can't shoot. And he seemed to have fixed his form, and most importantly, separated from his Dad.

I think NO could be an up tempo nightmare in a couple years. But, seems like they still need a couple of pieces.

They are going to be a blast in transition. Their halfcourt offense is going to be terrible though. And no, Lonzo can't shoot.

Brother, I’m the king of “summer league doesn’t mean shit”. Just another example of him playing well is all.

When he has 20 NBA games under his belt I'll weigh in....until then he's just another ROOK! New Orleans needs a franchise player and I hope he's all that for them. You were huge on this Lonzo bandwagon last year if I remember correctly so this pairing must have you pumped up! When will the Lakers steal him?

Like young LeBron's scoring game, backing off of Zion will just give him room and time to build up a head of steam and either blow by the defender or get his defender into foul trouble.

I would love to see Patrick Beverly take a fast break charge against Zion. Might be the first NBA player put into orbit, lol.

Played a pretty solid Utah team tonight

Zion with 26/5/1 in 23 minutes. 9/12 from the floor. Not bad,

Schooled my guy Ed Davis on a play as well as Gobert.
