In my opinion, this is the worst thing you can do to develop players. You let him take his lumps. Get plenty of film so the coaches can show him what he's doing wrong. He needs minutes to learn. By doing that during the season you can get him ready by the playoffs. What you're suggesting just pushes his learning curve another year down the road.

Yes, Herzonja is better. Turner air-balled outside of 15ft. Sometimes inside.

Yep. Kobe airballed a ton of playoff 3s as a rook and it worked out for him

Good points. He's physically and mentally capable of learning what he needs to do. What he needs is experience and coaching.

Bazemore's energy flying all around the court will hopefully be contagious.

    Hezonja says STFU @BonesJones!

Simons is awful on defense....but I'm not super worried. Defense at the guards is not really that important. I suspect as the season goes on he's someone that they're just going to camp him on the other team's worst player.

This is a good lesson for Simons.

When was the last time we had a defensive player that got in the passing lanes as often and as quickly as Bazemore does? Gerald Wallace?

1st half: 2nd unit looks awful

They're hitting shots, particularly a lot of contested shots. I don't know if I would really count on this consistently.

Tolliver looking better. Even on defense, especially on rotations and decision-making.

I’m very creeped out by the jazz dance team and how none of the people cheer. What a strange environment all around. So creeeeepy
