Step right up and catch the NY version of the 3 Stooges, with Marc Staal, Brady Skjei and Mr. Deangelo!

This guy Queen is here to develop young players. I don't think he has a clue what the hell he is doing.

Almost looks as if the coach is losing the team already.

He literally is trying to ruin Andersson's career.

You guys are so predictable. It is always the coach. Thread after thread can be bumped for years of bailing on coaches. Coach after coach. It's a joke already. This coach sucks, that coach sucks. This coach ruined this player, that coach ruined that player. Give it a rest already. You whined about Torts, and then he was gone. You whined about AV, and then he was gone. Now you liked Quinn last year, but now you don't so you'll whine about him until he is gone. See a trend? God could coach this team and it wouldn't be good right now.

Kreider has done NOTHING. Been invisible. Is that on the coach? Buch has been pretty much invisible, is that on the coach? Did I miss where Andersson has teared it up showing he is ready for a top 6 role? We play 4 or 5 fourth line players EVERY SINGLE GAME. We have an at best 3rd line guy playing 2nd line C. Our lineup is littered with maybe 3rd and many 4th line forwards playing out of role. That's the issue, not Quinn.

To me they should either A split up Zib and Pan to get some line depth OR B bring up Chytil and let him be the # 2 C. Put Kreider on the L and Kakko on the R and deal with the growing pains. Those are the only 2 options to me to get some forward depth.

    Pan/Zib/Buch
    Kreider/Chytil/Kakko

That would be my top 6. It is our most talented top 6. Bite the bullet and deal with some ups and downs from Chytil, because it ain't working right now.

Also allows you to put Howden at 3rd line C, where he belongs. And play him with Andersson and Strome. Then maybe you have a little bit of a threat on the 3rd line as well.

That's the way you maybe work towards solving this, not by AGAIN complaining about a coach. That is old and tired already, and is an easy thing to do. It is very small minded and not the answer.

All kidding aside, is there something chronically wrong with the skate sharpener at MSG? I've never seen a team fall more than the Rangers in the last few years.

When it comes to coaching the Rangers history shows otherwise. Torts had a very good team but let his ego get in the way of success (Washington water bottle, Avery) and his obsession with defense led to a team that blocked a ton of shots and tried to win every game 2-1., quite frustrating for fans. After being fired midseason AV comes in and with the same team not only gets them into the playoffs but has the same team battling for the Cup simply with a strategy change so you can see why some fans tire of a coach quickly. In Quinn's case I don't think it's fair yet but he's a former defenseman who can't seem to figure out how to effectively break out of the offensive zone, there is no flow to the Rangers game right now and the personnel definitely plays a role. Chytil is leading Hartford in scoring, it's ridiculous for him to be there to inevitably get taken out by some career AHL goon while Smith, Haley & McKegg dress.
