Seriously, though: why are the Suns decent this year? It's not just Rubio because they won a tough game without him. They seem to be getting more out of a bunch of players (Oubre, Baynes, Kaminsky) than anyone had a right to expect. Is Monty Williams all that?
This shouldn't surprise me considering in the summer of 2018 there were people on here saying the Suns had a better roster than the Blazers after drafting Ayton, LMAO.
So in one argument you use Gallo's stats from last year and ignore this year but in this argument we can't believe that the Suns are a mirage at this point based on the fact they've been dreadful in previous years? Your post didn't even mention a good portion of players from last year's team. The Suns have improved. The Blazers are playing like ass and I still would take their roster over the Suns.
I didn't know Baynes was still in the league, let alone the runaway MIP favorite. Although, I guess those aren't mutually exclusive.
