Physically strong, too. Comes in handy when trying to keep a guy from getting to his sweet spot on the block.

“In the last 4 days, the Raptors have held LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard and Damian Lillard to a TOTAL of 34 points on 9-of-38 (24%) shooting. On the season, those 3 guys are averaging a combined 81.3 points per game on 47% shooting.”

But, but who are they going to hire if they fire Stotts? Oh well, let’s just keep him and settle for mediocrity

Lillard wanted it, so he maybe deserves it.

I think we need some drastic changes. Toliver should not be in the nba right now, I don't even think he would be a G-league player. Its great seeing Simmons though, the one bright spot that will keep me tuned in.

Oh yeah? What colors are those exactly? Not being happy with the organization right now means I'm not a real fan or something? Please tell.

Team said they got outworked in the 4th again. My question to them would be "Why?"...

Thats exactly what I had in mind in other thread about "Vonleh" people by Stotts. Now, all he has to do with Nasir is start him next game and wait for his first turnover or a foul. Then just take him out and bury him on the end of the bench for next five games. And there you go - down the hill for breaking his self esteem, so he can be 4/4 player in Minnessota in few years:)
I mean, this game alone could be litlle break thru for Little. Instead Stotts showed him that he doesn't belong to big boys game yet.
    Just a thought;)

I just finished the game on replay. One thing to note is that Siakam was 7-19 before they took Little out. He finished 8-9. Edit: That was based off of memory, but apparently B-Roy had it at 6-18, finishing with 9-10. I really don't think Stotts is a great judge of talent or performance.

He's also thought the whole season of playing Tolliver ahead of him was a good idea. Tolliver was his first man off the bench and it was my very first critique of the season happening after the first quarter of the first game. You had people calling for Little to play over Tolliver as early as the first game. I felt the same. Apparently, Stotts is a genius for playing it safe because this deference for veterans with half the ability is really proving it in the win column and especially in close and late games.

    "Standard coaching moves"? Really?

So Bill Walsh should have benched Charles Haley in the 4th Quarter of the Superbowl because it's a standard coaching move?

And no, I'm not making comparisons, nor saying that this was the Finals; my point is that you play your best defensive player if he's a difference-maker, which it sounds like Little was, when he is having a good game, and for the entire game.

It sounds to me like there was zero reasons for not playing him in the 4th. Mind you, I didn't see the game.

    THIS.

I get this a lot, and it pisses me off. Just because you have concerns about the team does not mean you aren't a fan.
