Well lets all have a toast to Rivers devirginizing!!!

it depends on what it takes and how long we can keep him but i would be down.
If him and melo were to stick around for next year and we can be healthy for next year?

Thats a contending linup aNd worth a first rounder to me. he could come off the bench and help Simons with ball handling.
or slide hood back to the bench and put him in between cj and melo, which might be better.

    Dame/Simons
    Cj/trent jr
    Igudala/ hood
    Melo/Collins
    Nurk/whiteside

unless we have another offseason like last, thats a contender in the league currently... provided they gel.

when you have alot of fire power, sometimes is that blue collar guy like iggy that is the missing pc. Not some all star, dominating player. he will make everyone better.

We need defensive floor general like Iggy.....he needs a good culture...with Pau as a coach and Melo as a player I could see Iggy wanting to be here...did I say we need defense? We also need a vet to teach the young guys defense..he would help Skal, Hoard, Simons and Trent and Nas out alot

How do we know this soon to be 36 year old guy remains in good shape ready to contribute as soon as he is signed? And we should not disregard the fact his was babied by Golden State during regular seasons in order to be ready for the playoffs. Now with Hood going down and considering we need to trade Bazemore to get him it means we need him for 30+ mins on nightly basis. I don't trust he can manage and the thought of the garbage player Hezonja playing many minutes scares me.

Iggy will contribute....Zion sure hasn't in a while...nor Lonzo Ball...those number one picks with youth on their side......fact is the rest Iggy has had is just like Melo.....probably good for him

Why would they need him for 30+ minutes in the regular season, they still have little and Trent. He played 20+ minutes last year in 70 games. He’s probably more ready than Melo was. Vets know how to stay ready.

With Little and Trent we will play winning basketball right now? They are the ones to take over the starting SF role? Vets know how to stay ready until they don't, until age catches up.

I suppose I see a mess while you see a team that can make a comeback?
