Yet he felt free to blame me for it.

    Thank you for the forgiveness.
But I'll be honest, I hold myself to an extreme standard irl. With you specifically I've fallen short of that standard.
It's a failure I'm not happy with, because while I don't take this site seriously. I still am held responsible for the words I type on this forum.
As I said before members of this site have paid $$ for their kids to attend classes I teach. They might not care about my words on this site as their children are still enrolled in said classes. But I certainly care.
Basically thank you for not trying to affect the food I put on the table for my family due to how childish I acted.

I am not well versed on the controversy AT ALL, I'm essentially just going on what I've read today (nor do I want to fight at all with you unless it's about the desert being hell) but surely you can see why he would suspect you? AND whether you agree with it or not, when it comes to threats--whether real or perceived--some people react strongly. Let me put it this way, if calling the Blazers about The HCP was a crime, the police would consider you a person of interest, no? Anyhow, don't be mad, I'm just saying...

Funny sidenote concerning suspicion...in O-Live if a post was flagged they would just pull it. You could spend 10 minutes writing a novel and someone would flag it and it'd vanish along with every response to it. It would piss me off so much; you'd be in the middle of a debate and poof! all of it would be gone. It got so bad that I would write my posts in GoogleDocs and copy and paste them, so that if they did get flagged and vanish, I could just change a word and post them again. But then those would get flagged, etc...Anyhow, the abovementioned Cup, who is now dear to my heart, was not at the time, and I was 98% convinced it was he who was the flagger...reading SlyPokerDog's summary of Cup reporting posts in here I'm at 99% now. Haha.

I hope you reevaluate your stance on your “joke”. I haven’t followed this saga but just read through your accounts and I don’t think they exonerate you like you think they do. I think your “joke” is cruel. Embarrassing.

And, given that you, like myself, are beyond the age of bodily flexibility, it’s quite literally impossible.

This place! I have little doubt that face to face most people here would enjoy each other’s company. Get on a keyboard, where you aren’t able to see each other as human beings, and common sense flies out the window from time to time.

It is funny what a little anonymity does to a person's behavior.

Sometimes. There are lots of people here who are anonymously pleasant and friendly.

It would be interesting to know if there is a direct - or inverse - correlation between being nice here and being nice in real life.

I'm much nicer in person. But at the same time, I don't make as many spelling errors when I'm talking.

I'm nicer pretending to be a dog on the internet than I am as a person in real life.

You don't know what the fuck you are talking about in the least. You should be embarrassed, not him.

I have the 2 year old pm's where I suggested the idea to him and he thought better of it.
