3 feet of snow wouldn't double the amount of snowflakes in Portland.

I won't eat kale unless someone holds a gun to my head or I am handcuffed and force fed.

Kale has one known benefit. It is great for the compost pile.

No I know the difference between Kale and Spinach. Spinach makes great stuff too.

I dont want to seem rude at all, but did you grow up in Portland? Are you a trailblazer fan? You seem (and I think its mostly joking so I never take it seriously), to rag on Portland a lot, which is absolutely ok with me, just wondering how you came to be a part of a Trail Blazer forum when I believe you live down in Henderson or LV, Nevada.

Born in Vancouver and lived in Ridgefield or Vancouver until 2006.

Spent my teens and early 20s going to LaLuna for concerts and cruising downtown Portland. Back when it was nice.

One time my friend left us in downtown (he was our ride) and a nice homeless kid let us use his calling card to call my aunt for a ride.

    Good times.

I listened to Schonz broadcast every game from maybe 1985 until he was replaced. Maybe 99 or so.

Thought I posted a picture of my hand painted trunk I made in maybe middle school..think it is still in my grandma's attic.

I don't get to watch the games except youtube highlights so I don't post much in the main board because I don't have much to offer.

You wouldn't believe the accidents regular old rain causes here.

It barely rains so the roads are covered in oil and such and when it rains they are slippppppery. Then these dummies drive like any other day and crash city.

My grandpa lived in LV and we would often go down there to visit, and almost every time we went it would rain and the people down there drove like they had never seen water before.

It is insane. My torqueless svt focus spins the tires like a big block muscle car in the rain here and it will barely chirp them in the dry.

It is like ice in spots.

You know what leafy green I've recently come to appreciate is arugula. Pretty bitter on its own, but saute it in butter with some garlic, and you've got a fantastic side dish. Add some bacon crumbles to that and its a meal on its own.

I find the only value in arugula is when it's added to a salad featuring a really good balsamic vinaigrette. Jake's used to serve the best such salads but they deviated from their vinaigrette about 25 years ago.

Nothing better than steamed skunk cabbage with garlic butter sauce.

Bought these at Costco a few months ago. They taste bitter, like death. But I’ll be darned if they didn’t make me feel renewed!

I occasionally make my own green cleansing juice with my juicer. Tastes better than that stuff!

Don’t doubt it! I’ve got an Omega VRT juicer and I absolutely love it! Apple Beet Carrot (ABC juice) is probably my favorite!

What do you put in yours?
