Wiggins is having a decent season this season. Same true shooting percentage as CJ McCollum.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a cost saving move, but very surprised to see something more than that.

Except Wiggins is only 24 and still has room for growth... CJ is 29 next season and hasn’t improved in 5 years

I can't keep track of what Memphis is doing but they may have a much better team after the deadline

Why did Minnesota give Golden State a gift like this? Wiggins will fit so much better with a healthy Curry and Thompson next year than would Russell. AND a 1st? Unreal. The rich get richer...

I agree as Olshey made his move a couple weeks ago. I guess to satisfy the impatient maybe he should have waited to the deadline as having Ariza for a 6 fewer games would be better than getting him when we did. <sarcasm alert>

Which is important? Saving some taxes or competing to the highest level possible?

Wiggins with a culture like GS, and defenders like Klay and Draymond could be great for him.

I realize the whining going on is just the norm for Blazer fans but let's be REAL for just a moment the Blazers are going to need Memphis and / OR the Spurs to implode to even have a chance at a 8 or 7th seed. Also if Hassan is traded there is a better then even chance that means the Blazers are throwing in the towel for this season possibly pissing off Dame so as much as NeO has made some bad decisions in the past but atm he is kind of between a rock and a hard place.

I think a WIN for a Whiteside trade would be a solid player in return and a mid to late 1st round pick but i do not think Whiteside can be turned into much more atm but we shall see still 90 min til the deadline as i am writing this up.

Sure as a first or second option he isn’t but as a 3rd or 4th option? Come on now

They have essentially traded Crowder for Winslow. The other pieces don’t really matter. As long as Winslow is healthy they might do well.
