    Somewhat of an update:

    Casey on the Rip City Report yesterday mentioned that Nurk is "not practicing or working out with the rest of team." Casey speculated that he might be doing work with the H&P team, but he hasn't practiced since that one time.

    Completely Anecdotal but a few weeks back I played a heavy night of basketball for the first time in a while. Strained my calf and it's still naggingly tight/sore. Seems like it's never going to heal, really annoying.
