Sorry to turn this thread into my personnel counseling session... So I think this is a few things. Pocahontas played a vital role in the exploration of and success of this country early in its time. She was apart of a people who had devastating things done to them by lets face it, those who came here from Europe. Using her name as a slander is a slap in the face IMO opinion to what she did and disrespectful to Native Americans (in my opinion). EW Although Im no fan of hers is an educated, smart woman, who politics aside has accomplished more than most men have. I definitely dont excuse some of her actions with the way she has handled some of this. Its just in my opinion its slandering two accomplished women at the same time, and trying to play it off like they’re both stupid. I generally have issues with the political slander that Trump (and lets face it a lot of people) partake in, but this one, it just feels like their is more behind it then just haha he’s short, sleepy or needs a red bull. This one seems wrong... In my opinion and this is all my opinion there are a lot of under tones to this insult that doesnt sit well with me.
I get all that. I guess the only thing would point out is that it’s Trump’s way of dinging her for fallacious claims about Native American ancestry. But, yeah, pretty much everything thing Trump does is awful.
Looks like Bernie will win Texas and. California and lead in delegates by the end of the night Though it does look like no candidate will reach the necessary amount of delegates to get the nomination. Going to be a crazy convention.
https://www.nationalreview.com/news...statement-disavowing-past-claims-of-heritage/ It's okay, we still don't like her.
Huh? Biden did well tonight fair and square. Bernie appears to be headed for a second place finish, and he still claimed he is going to win the nomination in his speech tonight. It appears you wrote that narrative in advance. I'm just bummed that we won't get our Fascism vs. Socialism showdown.
What could Warren and her camp possibly be thinking? She couldn't even win (or get second) in her own state. She has literally no path to the nomination at this point. I was reluctant to believe she's trying to hinder Bernie as long as she can but nothing else seems to make any sense if she doesn't drop out in the next few days.
