Could you please tell me which posts you object to? Knowing what the heck you're talking about would be a great help.
I think I'm going to do it. I think... I'm going to break down and watch Game of Thrones. Most of the TV I like is "sit-com", serious tv isn't my thing and I've held off on GoT's because it seems pretty humorless.
I'm a huge "Fantasy fiction" type, I read those type of books, I write those type of things, I love it. Yet when it comes to TV that type of thing has never done anything for me. I think I'm either going to hate or love GoT's. Not sure which. I might read the books, but I've heard they don't really match up very much.
I'm similar. If I'm going to get into something like that it's all or nothing. Then it consumes me for a bit, which I don't have time for at the moment.
The books are much better, IMO, but they're unfinished. The series is finished, so you get an ending there at least.
Well I am fat so what you gonna make out of it? Since I was unable to no longer go to the gym I've put on about 50 pounds and my muscle is turning to flab. That's right, fat and proud of it. Let's say it and say it loud and proud, I AM FAT, I AM FAT, I AM FAT.
You said it, not me. Either way, back to the topic at hand here... I do like watching cooking stuff and trying things out. Made some good pizza tonight from scratch from a recipe I watched on YouTube. Tomorrow I'm going to have a perfectly cooked French omelette in the morning, and a tuna melt for lunch. I have some work to do in between but will pick up a couple of The Office episodes at some point.
I'd try my hand at cooking if I could handle even the slightest physical activity such as standing up. Would definitely like to make some hot out of the oven crunchy peanut butter cookies. Did try making some pickled string beans which after much experimentation came out excellent. My wife doesn't like me in the kitchen because apparently I make more mess than it's worth.
Idk if you guys use Vudu but you can rent a few movies that were in theater (invisible man being the big one) before they got shut down for 20 bucks.
Actually watching less TV due to time spent gardening. Just learned about temporary classical channel where I can watch performances of classical music, ballet, opera. Caught Symphony# 7 while cooking.
