when they rate Rangers prospects. Lundkvist 52. Try more like top 10 you NY hating, asswipes. They had Fox rated 37th. If those losers did it over again he would be top 7. I laughed when I saw the reject Devils and Islanders prospects rated ahead of him. The kid only broke several records in the top Swedish league. Those morons never learn over there.

They had Kravtsov rated 23. No. I wouldn't put him in the top 40 after this year. Zac Jones our 6th rated prospect. No. He's not close to that. I would say Wall should be ranked around 55 to 70. If you look at his last 2 years on a college team that isn't great, they are impressive. Gettinger should be ranked ahead of Jones and Hajek. Hajek has a ways to go to get in the top 10. Gettinger has 16 goals on a team without almost any offensive talent. He was playing lights out before the season got halted.

Jones should be in our top 5, he's got alot of upside even though he was a 3rd rounder. He could get up to a Fox/Lundkvist level in another year, as he will be coming off US Team and high level NCAA play. I'd go Miller, Lundkvist, Krav (even though he's struggled some), Henriksson, Barron, Jones, Pajuniemi, Robertson, Rykov...Gettinger imo is mostly an AHL guy.

Wrong on Jones and Gettinger. Jones isn't nearly the player Barron is. Gettinger was probably going to put up 20 goals on an AHL team with no offensive support in a league where scoring is hard to come by. He's 6'6, 220 lbs at 21 years of age. Quinn likes him. I suspect he will be on our 4th line next season with a good camp. To me the Rangers are trying to get big and physical with their forwards because they know with DeAngelo, Fox and Lundkvist, they have 3 smaller, puck moving defenseman. It's not a bad idea. Jones is 5'10 and a lefty. He has absolutely ZERO future here. I would suspect if they don't make DeAngelo a wing and move him to the left, the other two defenseman will be 6'4 guys Miller and Robertson to give them size along with Trouba. I would look for the team to do with Jones and Reaunen what they did with Keane. Look to move them for AHL ready, forwards who are bottom 6 guys with a chance to be top 6 down the line. Keane played well in the AHL so he had more value. Reaunen is a decent prospect.

They may end up trading Jones at some point but i think he's going to be a solid pp/puck moving NHL defenseman.

I still they really need to move DeAngelo to wing other than the point on the PP. I think he could be a 70+ point forward with his shot and passing skills.

Most likely a AHL player but you never know.
