No. Sometimes it's at the end of March

The earliest Easter ever was in 1818 on March 21st

    Happy Easter!

Kid got his basket and did the Easter egg hunt. Had Easter breakfast and will have Easter dinner.

Gotta do my Jaws marathon later. Always watched it with him on Easter when he was alive. He also always watched the 10 Commandments and Ben Hur.

How did that even happen? I feel like they adopted some law where it has to be the first Sunday of April or some Sunday in April. Could totally be wrong though.

It's always between March 22nd and April 25 (except in 1818 when it was on the equinox). It's always the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox.

“Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday following the full Moon that occurs on or just after the spring equinox. Yes, it’s a bit confusing at first read!

Let’s break it down: In 2021, the spring equinox happens on Saturday, March 20. The first full Moon to occur after that date rises on Sunday, March 28. Therefore, Easter will be observed on the subsequent Sunday, which is Sunday, April 4. “

Easter Holiday actually originates from Ostara, a pagan celebration of the Spring Equinox. The celebration was replaced by the Christian Easter.
