Been way too long friends and people who I like half as well as you deserve! Made the move to youtubetv after Directv wanted to triple our bill and their best offer was to give us $7 credit for a $12 movie pack (to raise it $5 more ) who is still here? Anyone you want me to test to see if I have banning powers on? Ask Sly, Bendavis or Tlong, Im corrupt AFuuuuuuuuuuu! So I’ve been out of the game for way too long without Blazers access... (or when games start...)
Why would someone use the handle Wheels on a Blazer forum? Wouldn't that be considered blasphemy? Asking for a friend....
I switched to youtubetv for similar reasons. But I've noticed since i made the switch, I'm less interested in watching tv shows. Weird.
I’m curious to how it will be. Admittedly there isn’t much to,watch right now so we’ll see if That hits me in the fall lol. How are you liking it still? Happy with the product?
Thanks for the welcome back. And I’ve noted who didn’t welcome me! Gonna be fun to watch Blazers again. Is Alas Abdelnaby having a decent year so far?
You're right, there's not a lot on. But I've had it since December, and I've noticed I watch more shows from 20-30 years ago. I also notice that I'll miss shows all together, but if you add them to your library, they seem to be stored there and you don't miss them. I do like how you can record as much as you want, but I don't like how it only lasts 9 months. BUT the search functions for it are a little wonky. But I like it. I like the idea of apps more than anything, but as for the product itself? I only have a few complaints. It doesn't have Viacom (not a huge issue) and sometimes if I turn off the TV/go to home, it will pause the show and when I go back it's stuck back at the moment I paused it. And you can't just fast forward to the current time (it stops at the top of the hour). But, outside not being able to just change channels like you can on a regular tv, I've gotten used to it. I especially like how easy it is to use it via the app, via the web, and via your phone. Never had much luck with dish or prizm when it came to that. but mostly, I love that i'm saving basically 115 a month.
Thx! I noticed some stuff I’d like to have. I’d love Root for the 5-10 Timbers matches a year, but I’ll figure it out. Glad to hear it’s not a ton on the hiccup front. From the research I did it seemed like the best option, especially for sports. Unless I ever manned up and got the sportz tv stuff lol
Just pulling your chain of course....Great merger? When you are kicked to the streets you've got to find another flop house. I also migrated.
Yeah, not having Root is a little annoying, same with the pac 12 network. But I find myself less and less inclined to watch sports on tv the older I get (outside of the Blazers..and even then I sometimes forget).
