Just showed that joke to my wife...she got a bigger laugh out of it than I did. ...and actually, now that I think of it, it's not really "a joke".

Which reminds me,, there was this woman who got on a city bus crying while carrying what appears to be a baby completely wrapped in swaddling baby clothes. Someone had just told her how ugly her baby was. She sat down and was just bawling. The bus driver says "What's wrong lady? Having a tough day? Let me run across to that bar, I think they have something that will help." He comes back with a glass of brandy and says to the crying woman "Here, drink this. It will help settle you down." and then he says "Oh, and here's some peanuts for your monkey."
