Quick guess: who had the best /- in that game, with 13?

WRONG! It was Simons. In 16 minutes. He looked pretty solid doing it, too. Maybe playing in the Bubble suits him - no crowd to get in his head.

So proud of this team. The fight, the grit. This is a no bullshit team, loaded with a ton of character. Melo haters :banghead2: go be sad in your corners. Imagine how good this team will be when Dame gets his stroke going again.

Simons reminds me of a more lanky Rivers, has the hype coming in, will likely be a rotational player most of his career. Trent Jr. reminds me of Wes, a guy who will do whatever you ask, play hard, and make shots.

I assume that second one should be Trent.

Answer: Simons can create his own shot better. And you don't know who's going to be a big game player till you play in big games. Although Trent did pretty well for Duke, so...

Simons will come around. Maybe not for us, but he's too talented to flame out of the league. He had a solid game today, too, and it was nice to see Terry trust him with minutes.

Of course Trent, like Rivers, went to Duke.

Melo has looked good at small forward.

Trent is a ridiculous shooter. No fear.

Nurk always tends to get a little too eager around the basket when he plays teams with no center. Other than missing some bunnies he was a monster.

    Whiteside actually looked awake.

Imagine all the other teams blogs complaining how their team's gm didn't draft Gary Trent Jr.

Wouldn't we have to pay rent since we have a residence in his brain?

Eh, he’s always been that way. He just has a weird body type for a basketball player. He’s built like a big safety/LB

Wondering why we never see Westbrook shake hands with Damian Lillard after games?
