you don't need to build jails...there will be empty shopping malls all across the country with huge parking lots and nobody shopping....they can convert them into factories and use that free prison labor to make america great again! Haven't you seen Schindler's list? Trumps tiny hands will be needed to polish the insides of shell casings!

I give up. What are consensual crimes? Isn't the essence of crime that someone didn't consent to whatever happened?

 

a consensual crime would be something like prostitution. Or drug use. Where the only persons involved consent to the action, but the law deems the action illegal.
