Anything look similar between the shooting in the first game for LA and OKC?

    upload_2020-8-19_13-20-36.png

Remember the excuses for OKC after game one?

"We wont' shoot like that again."

The Lakers might have better stars than OKC did, and they have the refs, but their supporting cast is straight up trash.

And don't forget Markieff Morris acting like he's hot shit after making one shot being on both squads

Dame has never lost a game 2 after winning game 1 in any playoff series in his career. Small sample size, but it's something lol

Am I crazy or does LeBron remind you of Westbrook, but without the short man complex? (I know he's not short)

We seem to do pretty well defending players like LeBron and RW.

So who is better, AD with the refs on his nuts or PG13?

In some ways it is. And I very much think we can take this series, but we have to be mindful of Lebron. Hes a much better, much smarter player than Westbrook and even though you still want him to shoot 3s, if he does get hot he'll sink unlike westbrick. LeBron will do everything he can in his power to win this series especially knowing his time is expiring soon in the NBA and we are powerless to contain him. But we can contain the others and we have to do just that to win this series while still playing potent offense.

But at the same time, if I look at the OKC team, I think they had a better supporting cast. Which sucks for LA.

This actually reminds me of the Dallas series in 2011 when the Mavericks swept the Lakers. Fans at LakersGround were saying the same thing. We have the best player in the series and we're hot.

Yep. Blazers have the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th best players in the series. That's how weak the Laker supporting cast is.

The problem with the analogy is that neither AD nor LeBron is comparable to Westbrick. I'm not sure which of those 2 you are saying isn't one of the top 8 players in the series - but either way you know that is bull.

AD especially since PG13 was playing with a bad shoulder against us last year.

No... you are being ridiculous now...

Westbrook is physically superior to every other player on the court. Instead of using this he jacks up terrible 3pt shots and let us back into games we should've lost. He's mentally weak, he makes poor decisions, and its been how he plays for YEARS.

LeBron is now physically inferior to many players on the court. He can't play hard the whole game like he used to. He can't explode past defenders like he used to. He can't elevate to the rim like he used to. He is using his craftiness to give his team the best chance possible to win. AD is mentally weak and Lebrons guards couldnt throw a basketball into an ocean. They are blown out by 30 with us playing below average in game 1 if it wasnt for LeBron.

Now it was great seeing Whiteside block the shit out of LeBron. We need to make LeBron be a 1 on 1 scorer, he isn't elite at it now as he was 10 years ago.

can't believe how much i've begun to hate paul george. Such a whiny player, always making excuses when he comes up short. Him showing up to his postgame interview with his shoulder wrapped in ice after going 4/17 was predictable last night.
