In detroit, I believe the face is now Curtis Granderson. We had about a year where we really didn't have one with Steve Yzerman leaving, but now I think Curtis is the king of the city.
Memphis right now doesn't really have the true face of the city. Before Battier was traded away, I would definatly say he was the face, but now, we have no true one. Gasol is probably the closest.

CB4, I'd say for Toronto its probably Halladay in American culture, and Sundin or Tucker for Canadian culture. American's will take the baseball player over the hockey players any day, and vice versa.
