I never understood what anyone saw in Collins. When Olshey dumped Ed Davis to start Collins, I complained a lot on the board. Ed Davis was much tougher, an experienced and taller Wenyen Gabriel.

How can you judge Zach when he hasn’t even started more than 10 games?? He’s so young and hasn’t had a full season to prove himself yet.

Yeah only problem is it'll be hard to get Grant.

That bench would be loaded with Whiteside or with a C replacement with the MLE.

And thank you, I try! Haha

Ed Davis is nothing like Wenyen, and Olshey didn't dump Ed to "start" Zach since Aminu was still there.

All my opponent Collins fans disagreed at the time, with what you're saying now. Convince them before you try to convince me.

Guess we let Sam Bowoe go to let Nurkic start by that logic.

They got rid of Ed to play Zach at the backup 5. Lay off the drugs.

Starting 12 games in 3 seasons is a start. He can’t stay on the court, if it’s not injuries it’s stupid fouls. Hes a nice bench piece but I just don’t see him as the answer at 4 anymore.

We were swept with Ed Davis against the pelicans. It was the right move to move on from him

Yeah Zach Collins should no longer be our answer at the 4, with that being said he would do well as our backup 5/4. At this point Gabriel is closer to being our answer at the 4 than Collins is. I like to see the blazers focus on developing Gabriel more

I never understood why we try to play him at the 4. He is mobile for a 7footer not in general. And his shot is not consistent. I think he would be better exclusively at the 5. And not only we want to play him at the 4 but name him a starter too.

What we know is we need a major upgrade at the 4, Ariza should be starting small forward for defense, Ariza ist very underrated

I don’t think Ariza is being underrated that much. He’s being rated just about right. Everybody knows he’s a classic 3D type SF with veteran experience. No one is saying he’s trash or can’t play anymore. We all saw that he can still play last year. The reason why he was huge for us was because he’s a true SF while Hood and Bazemore are more of a SG even though they can play SF. I would love Ariza back next year, but it’s important we have depth on the wings so we can keep his minutes low so his legs are fresh when it come to the playoff. With Trent emergence, Hood returning, and the possible improvement of Little Ariza may see more time at PF which may actually be better for him at this point

Well Gabriel look more like a 4 than Zach does. He can actually defend the perimeter, does a good job of helping on defense. Zach at the 4 struggle to defend the perimeter consistently. He’s better when he’s closer to the rim. Now on offense they both have the potential to stretch the floor, they have shown the ability to knock down 3s just not consistently yet. Zach is better at posting guys up, even then we don’t really need him to post up unless there’s a mismatch. Prisoner of the moment? Dude Gabriel has shown these things for awhile now. He just needed the playing time. And lastly if you want to grow your YouTube channel maybe don’t be such a jerk whenever someone see something you don’t see

Uh I don't need advice from you on how to grow a channel, trust me. And if you're taking me disagreeing with you that personally then you should relax a little bit.

Lol dude I respectfully explained my thoughts process on why I think Gabriel is closer to being our answer at the 4 than Collins is, then said don’t be such a jerk. I am fine with people disagreeing with me but don’t laugh at my opinion. It wasn’t personal at all
