For the past week+ I've been eating a ton less and better. Last night I did some sit-ups and push-ups. Today I jogged half a mile, walked half a mile, did push-ups, and sit-ups. I'll do more sit-ups and push-ups tonight too. I really want to lose weight here, and I'm serious about it. I'm pumped and my body feels so good already. Wooooo! Go me.

I felt the need to comment on this because if u need any help losing weight let me know - I lost 45 lbs 2 summers ago. now I feel great and am 5'6" 135 lbs.
Nice Job CB. I have lost some actually also, I was a little bit overweight, now I am perfect, just by jogging for like 30 minutes everyday and eating healthy.
