Im not too strong, but I think my max would be anywhere around 120-130 lb. But thats pushing it.On a good day, I can do curls with 25 lb. dumbells though recently its declined since I havent weight trained in a while and I have a pretty good leg press around 180-200, last time I checked I believe. I can chest press around 70 or more together (35 lb. dumbells on each arm) I think, because my biceps arent as defined as my chest, but im not bad. Im currently trying to strengthen my left arm because its weakier than my right, but it shouldnt take long to even out.Im not that defined, but im working on it. My goal is to be at least carry 100 lb on my back, 30 lb curls, 250 lb. leg press, 120 lb. squat, 25 lb. each arm on those chest flies, and at least 20 lb tricep extension.

I workout quite a bit. Relieves a lot of stress. Got to keep that six-pack. [IMG] I do leg lifts for a about a couple minutes which really compresses your abs. But if I spend time doing it, my abs automatically come back. Also, I have a 25 lb weight which I use for a number of things. Regular weight lifts, 100 lifts an arm. Also, a tricep workout where you push the wieght upward with one hand but let your other hand help. Also, I pull it up and down from my side about 75 times each arm. Good stuff.

I train for boxing, because Im looking to become an amateur... and I don't bench or squat or any of that.I just mess with dumbells and medicine balls.Curls, Military press, and arm rows.

About the switch hand thing, it sucks. I cant do left hand layups quickly or power dribble with my left, which is why im working out my left alot.

To sterengthen your left hand for basketball you dont need to lift weights, the best things to do ( Or so I hear) to get better at basjketbal with your left hand are to, eat with it, and choke the chicken with it

Yeah, I don't really know what my maxes are, but I can do 130 quite easily and rep it like 20 times, maybe more I haven't tried to do as many as I could.Right now I'm not using weights that much, just tricep dips, pushups, situps... etc just using your body.

I'm going to start working out more. Actually build muscle mass. I use to workout to keep healthy and in shape. That was when I was playing basketball and didn't want ot put on too much muscle mass because it would slow me down. I think I'm going to start building up soon
