Bennet Salvatore did refree game 5 of the 2006 NBA finals when Wade had 43 points on 25 free throws. Very nicely done BCB.

You were the one who said there was nothing going on BCB. Now they finally may have proof. Me and Melo were right a year ago. Except it isn't Stern...just one of the top referees....and maybe more.

This wouldn't surprise me if it were salvatore. That dude is the worst ref out there. I remember before game 2 of the Mavs series Bob Fitzgerald said "The Warriors should win this one unless Salvatore is reffing" and sure enough he was.
