To be clear. I am not advocating the overthrowing of our government. I am saying Trump might create a situation, where ultimately the majority may elect to do that.

The atmosphere of fear in our country right now is toxic. Liberals afraid of Trump stealing the election or refusing to leave office, not to mention stacking the Supreme Court with right wing zealots. Blacks thinking every cop is out to blow them away for no cause. Right wingers thinking that Biden's going to win and come after their guns or adopt a socialist agenda. Hispanics thinking that they're going to get deported. Throw in the virus and the economic chaos that it's caused, forest fires and hurricanes, global warming, and on and on. It's no wonder that everyone is about to go bonkers.

Thank goodness our fearless leader is there to keep a lid on everything.

Yes, there is a lot of fear right now. Too much. On all sides. We forgot we were all supposed to be on the same side. Sad

Considering the sovereign debt crisis around the world, I think this is just the tip of the iceberg. The next 10+/- years are going to be chaos.

This sort of thing happened at every big company I've worked at plus Intel where I've never worked.

A part of me wants Biden to reinforce this as his campaign message. That he would not let the crimes Trump committed while in office be ignored.

    I see two realities ahead:

    1. a continuation of this one with more corruption and cronyism and nepotism and the ugly side of capitalism; more division, more hate, uprisings and chaos; more blame and unaccountability and I think you recognize where I'm going with this

    and...

    2. a time of healing and unity, like neighbors cleaning up together after a storm; a time where the animosity sort of gets behind a social shield again, where it is bad to just go with your impulses and prejudices and say whatever pops into your head, where we're in this together...

My point as to your point is that there goddamn better be a time when Trump pays for his crimes. But what I worry about is just a different version of what we have now: "Lock her up!" ad infinitum. As I see it, what needs to happen is New York needs to get him for the fraud they are currently investigating and Biden needs to stay mum, THEN look into the other things. Because it has to be 100% clear and unbiased, otherwise the cult members stay cult members...

If Biden wins this right now is the "Calm Before the Storm".

This is a very long read so you probably need some time but it is a very good read.
    https://www.cnn.com/style/article/hohenzollern-prince-georg-prussia/index.html

It's about the Royal Family of Germany. They were pushed from power and went into exile after WW1. Then They supported Hitler when he came to power. EVERYTHING was taken from them. Not only were they trying to get back on the throne they were selling their soul to Hitler to get there.

Now they want to say it was all for the cause of repairing the country. They want their land and titles plus all the artifacts that made them wealthy back.

I could not help but read that and think the Trump Family needs to lose everything. They can spend the next hundred years trying to rewrite history about what they have done to this country.
