Masvidal's wrestling is very underrated. He held his own against Usman. I think Colby definitely has the advantage, I just don't know if he'll be able to keep him held down. Please KO him Masvidal.

Nate isn't very happy they've moved on from the BMF rematch. Dana needs to hammer shit out with McGregor and get that third fight. Conor aired out his dirty laundry with Dana. Dana was none too happy about it.

Nate needs to be a bit more proactiv at getting the fights he wants then. Colby and Masvidal will apparently bug the shit out of Dana until they get the fight. Diaz doesn't.

Doesn't make sense though to even make the BMF II right now. Not with the way Colby looked. Even if Nate bugged, he wouldn't get it. Poirier called Nate out tonight...

Poirier and McGregor agree to 'exhibition' bout. Poirier pulling the reverse UNO on the UFC. You love to see it.

Joseph Benavidez L vs Deiveson Figueiredo - UFC Fight Night 172

Jose Aldo L vs Petr Yan - UFC 251

Max Holloway L vs Alexander Volkanovski - UFC 251

Khabib turned down the UFC's offer to coach against Conor on TUF. Good. It's not 2010 and TUF ran it's course.

Allegedly the UFC is trying to get Conor vs Poirier worked out. Go ahead and take my money now if they should be successful.

DFW says he's got a special surprise for Khabib should he get by Gaethje. It isn't Conor, it isn't GSP...any guesses? Only thing that can come to mind is an inaugural 165 lb division (beating a dead horse, IMO won't happen)....can't think of anything else that would top Conor or GSP?

Dana says he will try to book Izzy vs Jones.

It has to be GSP, possibly at 165. I don't think Conor would get Khabib too excited since he beat Conor already. A win over GSP for the inaugural 165 championship would be a legacy maker.

Izzy vs Jones is obviously a big time fight if they can make it. I would give the edge to Jones because of the grappling, but if Israel can keep it standing he is a bad bad man.

Also how is JJ going to go from wanting to chase the heavyweight strap to fighting a middleweight? I don't like it.

DFW is still determined to make Nurmagomedov/Ferguson happen. Not sure if Ferg can get back up there, unless Gaethje somehow beats Khabib.

Magny has reportedly agreed to fight Khamzat. Real one.

Poirier and Conor agree to Jan. 23rd. Lets see if Dana closes the deal.

Sterling v Yan wil be co main event to Amanda Nunes for Dec. 12, Terrible optics for that card sales wise. Last Nunes' main event card did under 100k buys. Seems like a throwaway card for Dana. If this is true, they must be targeting Masvidal v Covington for the November main event. Masvidal looks pretty out of shape right now; wondering how he'd look for a fight with 5-6 weeks notice. However, it may have just been the angle I saw.

McGregor said he accepted a January 23 fight against Dustin Poirier and would then want to face Manny Pacquiao in the boxing ring. He also said that he wants the rematch with Poirier to happen at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

Yeah no mate, I don't think AT&T are going to be ready to pack the house in January, and the rent on that building if you aren't selling it out must be enormous. Might be negotiating his way out of the fight...

They're having 25,000 fans for Cowboys' games so I don't think that is too far out of the picture tbh. I'm not sure how much an average UFC event gets but I'm sure Texas will be dumb enough to expand their fan capacities in the coming months. Would not shock me at all if the state of Texas allowed something ike 50,000 fans to attend sporting events. Jerry Jones loves spectacles; he'll give Dana a fair price for an event. I still think Vegas is most likely, but wouldn't shock me if it was Texas.
