    Wealth disparity? Well, okay, but it means taking from the poor and giving to the wealthy. I'm on the upper end of the scale so I say full steam ahead. Give me your money until it hurts and then give me more. It's like the animals that will eat until it kills them unless their food gets restricted.

    Either is acceptable.

    "Canceled or cancelled is the past tense of the verb to cancel. Both spellings are correct; Americans favor canceled (one L), while cancelled (two Ls) is preferred in British English and other dialects. However, there is only one correct spelling of the word cancellation, no matter where you are."

    While you are correct I think it would be a little bit more accurate to say that Cancelled with two 'L's is almost exclusively British and Canceled is nearly exclusively American.
    I went through this before Google and personal computers. I used an extremely large Webster's dictionary and the full Oxford English dictionary which I got for free when I joined the Book of the Month club about 40 or so years ago. If I am now wrong then they were then wrong.

    Just moved completely out of the markets today....had already put some aside but I think we're headed for covid driven recession no matter who's elected....feel good having quit while ahead....I'll not be feeding Wall Street again in this lifetime. I did pretty well there over the last few decades....time to cash in the chips and invest in my own neighborhood instead of New York City...covid has eased the capital gains tax burden for the time being

    I'd rather own a Hawaiian property than stocks right now...can rent it out when I'm in Oregon. I'm about done with winter as well.
