Re: I'm done with Sportscenter It's a dang joke nowadays. I try and catch some baseball highlights and I have to wade through repetitive garbage. Do they really have to show every pitch in every at-bat for Bonds? Do they have to analyze how many home runs he has hit off of Joe Pitcher? Do you have to discuss him after every game? It's old. We've heard enough of Michael Vick. You don't have to do a story on him every show.Do we really care about what Adam Sandler and Jessica Biel have to say about sports? Who's now is the worst thing they've ever put on there.I know I'm missing other crap that they always show.If you're going to do all of that, at least make it once a show. Don't talk about Bonds in the beginning, and then again middle of the show. Same with Who's Now.I'm done with my rant.
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter I used to watch it all the time, when you actually got highlights, now I just go online, even ESPN.com is a complete joke. :no1:
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter I noticed that in the middle of summer, Sportscenter slows down and just gets boring. Baseball drags on and on and since there is pretty much no news on any other sport like basketball and football. Because of that, they have to repeat. Stuff like Who's Now are just ways to keep people watching and to have something fresh.

Re: I'm done with Sportscenter ESPNNEWS is almost the same thing with less of the annoying catchphrases. One person I can't stand on SportsCenter is Linda Cohn. I just find her voice to be annoying and she tries too hard to be funny. A lot of the catchphrases they make for when a player hits a homerun now are just terrible...

Re: I'm done with Sportscenter I just watch ESPNNEWS I get it for free and its much better because it doesn't have the Who's Now and is shorter so it doesn't repeat stuff that much.
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter I agree with you on a lot of the stuff. Some of the stuff does get old, but I still enjoy watching Sports Center. I try and catch it at least 4-5 times per week, but if I don't, no big deal. The Who's Now thing is such a space filler it's unbelievable.
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter SportsCenter is kinda whatever for me. Sometimes I can tolerate watching it, other times I can't. ESPNews doesn't really appeal to me. It seems like they show a lot of inane sh*t on there like NASCAR, tennis, golf, etc. No offense to people who love those sports, but it seems like it is literally all day.
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter Ha, atleast you guys get to see highlights of sports you like....I usually have it on in the mornings...although you have to wait like 20 minutes to see the highlights of a Non-Raptors NBA game. It's made me late for school a couple of times
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter ^LMAO same here. All they show on TheScore is Raptors games for NBA. You have to wait like 30 minutes because they also have MLB and other sports.

Personally I'm not a big fan of sportscenter's coverage of random no-name athlete's with somewhat interesting story's. Also, who's know doesn't really entertain me. I hardly watch ESPN in the off-season of football/basketball.
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter Someone mentioned it, I believe it was Justice, but I do notice ESPN news having a TON of NASCAR coverage...like he said, no offense to anyone who loves that sport (my aunt and uncle do) but I can't stand watching cars go around in a circle on the track for hours of coverage.
Re: I'm done with Sportscenter I think you are talking a lil more about espn 2. I watch espnews more than sportscenter, and half the time I dont see anything about that, only on teh day there are races. espn2 I think has its own show for that.
