Tim, As a former partaker in the gambling arena, there are a few things to look for. 1. Blackjack. Make sure if you are going to play blackjack that you find a single deck table. Your odds drop the more decks they use. 2. Take some time to learn baccarat, and play as the banker. Those are very good odds as well. 3. Play craps. Learn the game, but play the pass line 4. Pai gow poker is a great game where there is a lot of pushing. Decent odds, about 2.5% in the houses favor. 5. Roulette is a good odds game, but you have to stay away from 00, 0, 1, 2, 3. The house odds go way up
I work with a former black jack dealer and he's going to give a few tips before ABM & I hit the casino in Lincoln City. He has some interesting insight to the game.
craps all the way. it can be an intimidating game if you don't know the basics but learn. like others have said, there is a reason the cheering and fun you hear in the casino is almost always coming from the craps table. stick to the outside of the table and you can make some good money. i use to play blackjack but i tend to stay away from it now, it just lost it's fun for me. pai gow poker is a great game if you aren't into gambling too much. you can sit at a table for hours and not lose much, you just won't win much either, but you'll get plenty of "free" drinks.
Hey, I want to share with you my experience. I have been familiar with gambling for a long time and I can say that it is a very risky business but if you get used to it and understand the strategy you can really earn good money. For more than three years I have been interested in gambling, so I can tell you for sure that the main thing in this business is to find the right place. Fortunately, my friend recommended me clubvip777.com and I have been playing only here for more than two years because they have fast payouts and a wide variety of games, so I advise you.
Just don't have the soul of a gambler. Aside from betting a dinner on a sporting event it never appealed to me. Guess I would rather keep my money or spend it usefully.
I’m not a huge gambler anymore. However now and again I’ll lay down $100 on a game that really sticks out to me
Gambling odds don't change. I heard that black jack had the best payout so I'm sure they still do. My wife does well at black jack and even better amazingly on the slot machines. Every time she goes to Ilani she comes back a winner except when she takes me. Therefor, I don't go.
LOL Actually, that's me. I'm so tight that if we get up $50 I quit. My wife keeps on gambling until she wins about $100. She's twice as good as me even when I'm hot.
I always felt No-limit Texas Hold'em gave me the best "odds" since I get to control my own action and bet against others as opposed to a house game. Other than that, cheap sports parlays are fun to bet if you're in the sports book all day to watch the action unfold.
Trying to buck the odds at casinos is a fool's game...the more you play, the more you will lose. Those casinos were built with money that people lost.
