You will decide which team moves on. Who would win in a head-to-head matchup, who would come out victorious in the battle of the greatest NBA players to ever walk the earth? Let's find out... Make your vote and give a brief explanation, otherwise it will not be counted. So let's get started! :dribble:
iFR3SHi 2 noballer07 2
Starting LineupsiFR3SHiC: David Robinson 21.1 ppg, 10.6 rpg, 2.5 apg, 3.0 bpgPF: Tim Duncan 21.8 ppg, 11.9 rpg, 3.2 apg, 2.5 bpgSF: Kevin Garnett 20.5 ppg, 11.4 rpg, 4.5 apg, 1.7 bpgSG: Earl Monroe 18.8 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 3.9 apgPG: Pete Maravich 26.2 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 5.9 apg, 1.5 spgnoballer07C: Robert Parish 14.5 ppg, 9.1 rpg, 1.5 bpgPF: Dennis Rodman 7.3 ppg, 13.1 rpgSF: Larry Bird 24.3 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 6.3 apg, 1.7 spgSG: Clyde Drexler 20.4 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 5.6 apg, 2.0 spgPG: Nate Archibald 18.8 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 7.4 apgFull RostersiFR3SHiPG Pete Maravich: 6'5" 197lbs.PG Maurice Cheeks: 6'1" 180lbs.SG Earl Monroe: 6'3" 185lbs.SG Dave Bing: 6'3" 180lbs.SG Ron Harper: 6'6" 185lbs.SF Kevin Garnett: 6'11" 220lbs.SF Glen Rice: 6'7" 215lbs.PF Tim Duncan: 7'0" 248lbs.PF Rasheed Wallace: 6'10" 225lbs.C David Robinson: 7'1" 235lbs.C Derrick Coleman: 6'10" 230lbs.C Clifford Robinson: 6'10" 225lbs.noballer07PG Nate Archibald: 6'1" 150lbs.PG Mookie Blaylock: 6'0" 180lbs.SG Clyde Drexler: 6'7" 210lbs.SG Ray Allen: 6'5" 205lbs.SF Larry Bird: 6'9" 220lbs.SF Michael Cooper: 6'5" 170lbs.PF Dennis Rodman: 6'7" 210lbs.PF Tom Chambers: 6'9" 220lbs.PF Buck Williams: 6'8" 215lbs.C Robert Parish: 7'0" 230lbs.C Mark Eaton: 7'3" 275lbs.C Jerry Lucas: 6'8" 230lbs.

Man, I love Pinoy Balla's Frontcourt, with the Admiral, Duncan, and Garnett. But Noballer's lineup of Parish, Rodman, and Bird is sick too_Other than Mookie Blalock vs. Mo Cheeks and Ray Allen vs. Dave Bing, Noballers bench creams Pinoy's bench. My biggest problem with Pinoy's team is Pistol Pete running the franchise. In my opinion, he is overrated for a PG, and would be better as a shooting guard. Plus, Clyde Drexler vs. Earl Monroe is a mismatch. Also, can KG play SF? He can in the All-Star game, but in a real 7-game series?Even with Rodman though, Noballer's team would be outrebounded until the subs came in.This is too tough to choose, but I will go with iFR3SHi.

Im going to go with iFRESHi (I had to retype that 3 times) David Robinson, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Garnett, thats an unstoppable front court, combined 60+ppg and 30+ rpg. Thats astonishing. Then add Pistol Pete running the offense, and a solid 2 in earl, thats domination right there.Bird Drexler and Rodman raise some eyebrows but the big 3 downlow will absolutely destroy noballers front court, ontop of that Pinoy has a better point gaurd running the offense.

Lemme take my chances here:I chose Parish and Rodman to give me a defensive look in the frontcourt and have Bird as my all-around scorer. Michael Cooper comes off the bench playing strong defense on the 2/3 position. Tom Chambers can definitely also matchup at the small forward position. Buck Williams and Jerry Lucas are my defensive/rebounding mavens off of the bench, and Mark Eaton is my primary shotblocker. Now, in the backcourt, Drexler is a great scorer and can surely body up on Earl Monroe, while Ray Allen comes in and hits shots for me. At the point, you have Nate, who is a leader, and Mookie Blaylock, who is a strong three point shooter and defender. I certainly think my team can hold together the frontcourt of iFRESHi, albeit very strong offensively.

I'm going with noballer07, having KG, TD and DR on the floor at the same time is a dumb move. At having Pistol Pete run the offense is even stupider, it's like having a lineup that can only shoot. For one thing, having KG defending Larry is just the dumbest move because we all know Bird knows how to get looks off the dribble and get away from KG through traffic because of his speed. Rodman would definitely give Duncan some trouble defensively, and we all know Parish could easily handle Robinson if he contains him in the paint. With Tiny and Clyde in the backcourt, you have a guy that can hit shots from the perimeter and get away from Earl the Pearl when needed, and you have a PG that could easily run the offense. Off the bench, you have a solid core of big man who like noballer said can rebound, block shots and defend against the likes of Sheed Wallace and Derrick Coleman, and with Ray Allen and Michael Copper coming off the bench to hit shots you have a complete team right there. Defensively, iFR3SHi doesn't have much other than Duncan and Robinson down-low, he really doesn't have a perimeter defender or a guy that can get out and contain guys like Bird, Drexler and Allen. noballer has all the pieces needed to win the game, he wouldn't have to score much for this team to win the game.

2 very good but IMO flawed teams.ifreshi has a stupendous Front court but a perplexing backcourt.Noballers has a great backcourt and a so-so front court (except for Larry Legend)I'd put Larry at PF and Drexler at SF and Ray at SG a lot but you need Rodman's D on Duncan and rebounding. Rodman is one of the few players ever who could probably get under TD's skin cause him to punch rodman [IMG] The Admiral seems to be too Athletic for Parrish but Parrish is G-U-T-S-Y and talented and would find ways to be affective and slow DR down.Clyde eats Monroe for lunch.I could easily see Pete vs Tiny becoming a one on one match up for a quarter but Tiny reals it in and gets his teamates involved better. NoBaller also has Larry Legend to facilitate the offence too.I actually like ifreshi's back up guards more than his starters.Ray Allen, Cooper and Jerry Lucas are great bench guys too.wow, this is another close one.Going to go with noballer on this one. Clyde has a huge advantage over any of ifreshi's guys, I think Rodman, Jerry Lucas and Parrish slow Duncan and Robinson down enough, whereas DC is the x-factor.If he feels like playing he's as good as Duncan, but chances are you get him like that for a quarter then he stops giving a sh*t again. With Larry playing in his 3 peat MVP mode shows KG what it means to have heart and determination while whispering up and down they court "all those skills and you've missed the playoffs 3 years in a row?" totally destroying KG's confidence :-)

I'm going with NoBaller he doesn't have the offensive firepower but look at that defense., When Larry Bird a weak link in your defense you know you got something going on. I also don't like Pistol Pete at the one, the guy was not a passer and couldn't make his teammates better.
