1. This layout is uber confusing and doesn't look good. That's my main complaint.

If you somehow can get it back to the way BBW looked, I'm sure most of us will stay.

This is for wwb member and sportstwo members. You have to realise different people react differently to change. Sportstwo ppl, please realise this was done overnight without any heads up. bbw ppl are in shock today because they had no idea this was coming. Kinda like the colts bolting from Baltimore overnight. It will take ppl some time. Part of that time will be lashing out.

BBW, you can't be so harsh to judge this site. they've gone through a big change too with all these new members and the admins have to adjust and try and set this site up in better working order and a better layout. This will take some time too.

Here I found this from a quick search, it somewhat applies.
"Reality is a state of mind. People don’t see life as it is — they see life as they are. In making corporate changes, managers who understand the predominant traits of people involved can go a long way toward helping make proposed changes work.
The ability (or inability) to change is more than just desire, more than threats, more than rewards and more than just skill — it also involves basic human traits. Ive already given constructive criticism, and its to make it look exactly how BBW looked...times-a-ticking...most of the people will end up at another forum if yall dont fix this quick...and the whole point of buying BBW is for the community(from what i understand) and the community is about to leave...so you fucked up our forum and you wasted money for absolutly nothing.

EDIT: And make BALLAHOLIC an admin if he isnt one already.

QUOTE (Kid Chocolate)

Honestly, the way these guys act, I'm not gonna lose any sleep if they leave. The Sportstwo guys have been diplomatic and nice enough, and probably will continue to do so, just because they are good guys by nature.

The main part of a forum is the community and the posters that make it up, and that will still be here, but instead the majority are showing that they are immature fools who want to complain and complain, and offer nothing when the sportstwo admins are here to do nothing but help, offering to mold the site to their liking. Instead of offering constructive criticism, all I see is cursing and whining, like a bunch of pre-pubescant e-gangsters. If you want to leave, go ahead & leave, don't act like a 10 year old (although, it seems like a lot have to be 10 year olds with the act that is being put on).

I don't see the harm in giving the site a chance, if you don't want to fine, but stop acting like d-bags.

x2

A couple things I have to say:

    1. For those of you concerned with the server over at Sports Evolution, it did not crash. Tony is in the process of switching servers, and he said it could be back up later tonight.

    2. I don't think Tony is going to admin here, or be active at all, so stop suggesting that he should get an admin position. He is running SE now, where all of BBW's core members went (and by the way, we are very happy with it, and most members see SE's homepage and forums as an upgrade over BBW anyway). It's also not just basketball, it's an all-sports forum with a ton of potential.

    3. To the BBW members: stop freaking out at the SportsTwo admins and swearing at them. I don't like the move any more or less than you guys do, but these are clearly good guys that are putting forth an honest effort to make thing work. I feel sorry for them that it more than likely will not work out, but at least show them some respect. Be mad about the move, be mad at Combs for not telling anybody, but don't sound off on the S2 guys.
