Anyone else subscribe here, and/or having similar issues? Today was quite possibly the last straw for me. I use my roku to stream games. The NBA app keeps kicking me out every 10 minutes without fail for a video decode error and asking me to restart the device. After i go through this process, it forces me to sit through an ad even during LIVE action. I also use my computer to stream games (chrome on macbook). Every time I click on "WATCH," it asks me to reauthorize my credentials and after I do, it says game hasn't started yet and to check back closer to start time (mind you the game will be in the second quarter). The only way I can somewhat sit through this is via my TV provider's app but their stream is delayed by like 5 mins and I have no choice but to watch the visitors' stream which they always pick. Contacted NBA.com support and the guy said they have a bunch of bugs to fix and doesn't like the product himself after the changes they've been making. I've been a customer for 7 yrs straight now. Might finally bite the bullet and cancel. Shoulda done then this when they increased the price for ten fewer games. I know the links for the games.
I don't have league pass. Blazers radio says it can be accessed via tune in. I have that on Roku, shows Rip City Radio but instead of games just chatter.
I have League Pass and yes, it blows, but my only legit options to watch multiple teams. Fortunately, I was busy with work today and sparred myself from witnessing the beatdown we took and potential troubles from league pass.
You have to pay for out-of-market radio feeds. And they got rid of the just paying for the radio feeds
I have had it for maybe 18 years or so on DirecTV and have never had an issue. Crystal clear, love it. Usually takes a couple weeks to get the streaming on my MacBook/iPad all dialed in though.
Every other pro sport's league pass equivalent is so much better than this. I begrudgingly accept the blackout restrictions, but when the hard product is this bad, I don't know how to brush it aside. And they know they've got me too. What incentive is there to improve the product when people keep buying?
I have the $200 package and it annoys me that I can only watch on one device at a time. Total nerd problem lol. Also that it auto renewed online when I wanted to buy it this year through my cable provider
I have had League pass through Directv for years and love it. Also the streaming is nice. My only gripe is I rarely get the Portland feed, so I’m stuck listening to the opposing team’s homers. That’s really annoying.
Can only speak for watching through the site on my laptop and the experience has been much better than in the past. Have seen no feed crashing which would commonly happen during quick/multiple fast forwards or rewinds last year. The keyboard shortcuts are really slick as well. Rewind/fast forward is now 10 seconds (was 2o before) which makes much more sense. Added a slow motion button too which is handy (S on the keyboard). Have had some log-in issues and some archived games will give me an odd "Check for streaming options closer to tip off". The in-game polls are annoying too. Will say the NBA app on PS4 is not great either . Scoreboard will show no games scheduled when going back and forth between games almost every time. Hopefully the PS5 version runs smoother whenever that drops.
I have had League Pass since the very first year (1995?) and you needed an actual dish for it. I use Roku now with no problems.
Why can't it be like the MLB package where you can choose which broadcast you want to watch or listen to? NBA is way behind in this.
The NBA is not behind.....whatever service you are getting it thru is. On DirecTV you have the choice of every game, whose broadcast you can watch.
I dumped league pass this year & went with 'another' service that streams games. Its 1000x better experience. I'll never go back to that garbage product again
