Damn i thought you said you were an old fart! Look look like a young buck to me! Check out the all around portland sticky. Another great photographer is Fez. I love some of the pictures of the buildings and city. River is right too. Hcp and Andalusian take great photos. I actually stole one of hcps pics from the coast and have it as a screen saver on my dual monitor set up in my music studio. It lines up perfectly and i haven't changed it for a few years now. Lol.
I prolly shouldn’t tell this sorry but what the f**K.........I was working at the Salem Wastewater Treatment Plant in the mid ‘90’s and it was a hot summer day. The treatment plant (one of the bigger ones in Oregon) is located upstream from a popular local waterfront park. One day I was going about my business when a string of vehicles came into the plant. I figured they were lost and would circle back out, so I basically ignored them. About 20 minutes later I had made my way to the other end of the plant to where the outfall (treated and disinfected water) was cascading over a weir on it’s way to the river 3/4 of a mile away. Imagine my surprise when I found those cars parked there, and about 8-10 Asians (obviously recent immigrants) setting up lawn chairs and coolers of beer!! Once we worked through the language difficulties I found out that they thought they were at the aforementioned popular local park and were getting ready for some fun in the water!! Eventually I got them packed back up and headed in the correct direction. I suspect they found the park a much more pleasant place to party than the local sewage plant (at least I hope so).......and I can only wonder what it must have been like where they immigrated from.......
Can't recall seeing that but saw plenty of diesel motorbikes that could either be pedaled or driven by the diesel engine. Geez she's beautiful. You look like someone I'd want on my side in a dark alley.
When I was there I visited China Beach, now called My Khe beach, and it was gorgeous. It was something more like out of a movie than real life, it was so pretty. I always thought there should be a resort there.
Got two wheel chairs. One is the standard size and the other is a little smaller and more suitable for traversing our windy hallway. This hulk that used to leg press 560 lbs. while I weighed 180 lbs. and at age 53 cannot stand up when I fall down. Last time I fell down was on my tiled shower floor and it took me half an hour to get up with my wife's help and a grab bar. I've got two grab bars in my shower and gonna get three more installed there today. I used to love working out 2 1/2 hours five days a week. And those were intense workouts. Now, I get tired lifting my fork to my mouth. This really does something to me.
Los Rios street historic district, San Juan Capistrano. This is the oldest neighborhood in California. http://www.sanjuancapistrano.net/los_rios/
Hey look how big this Buffalo “pie” is. For scale, that yellow controller is 10.5” long. Not the most beautiful pic but I felt it was impressive enough to share. I was working on a one of the largest buffalo ranches in WY when I captured this beauty. I’d say she’s 20+ inches from tip to tail.
More like two feet wide and one and a half feet wide at the base. When I was about 12 went to visit a farm way out beyond the suburbs of Idaho. The brother of the family I was staying with had a dairy farm. I visited the farm and his son, about 9, was showing me around. We got way out in some pasture and proceeded to show me how much fun it was to step barefoot into the crunchy exterior and force the mushy interior between his toes. The cow pies, as I recall, were somewhere around 8 or 9 inches in diameter. This thing you've shown us is more like what you'd expect from Godzilla.
Either she looks pretty damned athletic or you're some kind of world class photographer. My money is on her being athletic. Very impressive.
