First shot I had nothing. second shot I had a fever and body aches like flu for 24 hours. Then just poof gone.
First shot was no problem, second one kicked my ass. I had night sweats, chills, body aches and ran a fever off and on. Reactions vary, give yourself 48 hours of no responsibilities just in case. Dont be scared though, all in all it wasn't that bad of an experience and being vaccinate now makes me feel kind of awesome when I am in public.
I'm heading to CVS for my vaccination tomorrow. The State only sends me updates. Bullshit. I was lucky to get an appointment with CVS 5 days in advance of my sign up as I was searching their website. Looked the other day and all the stores are booked again.
My second Shingrix, my arm was so sore had to adjust workout for 3 days. Pretty sure shingles hurts more. Finally getting Covid next week.
got my notice yesterday when checking my email...my approval for the vaccine arrived...by the time I opened the mail..clicked the link...all 750 doses were gone already....I'll get mine as soon as they are available again
Blacks and Latinos seem to be the most hesitant to get vaccinated. https://www.webmd.com/vaccines/covi...k-vaccine-hesitancy-rooted-in-mistrust-doubts
Ew! My condolences. Hope you have no major issues. Aloha! (Didn't I hear that Hawaii is adopting China's anal swab policy?)
If you are in any way sick on the flight, the asians will try to get you kicked off the flight. At least that's what I'd do.
uh....you can't get kicked off a plane from LA to Hawaii....there's no layover spot on the way...they can lock you up on arrival...that's about it
If there's someone visibly sick in the boarding area, it's ones patriotic duty to inform the gate agent.
Zero patience for anti vaxxers. I mean if you don’t want it, don’t get it. But lots of talk about making sure the vaccine is accessible to all people, all demographics, and so on. But they don’t want it?
my 84 year old grandma had no side effects after either dose, so you have hope And yes I’m getting the vaccine as soon as I can but that probably won’t be until June or July
They distrust the vaccines or are reticent to get it. Instead of calling them fucking morons, I think it's more constructive to do more education and outreach instead of villifying them.
if they're in the boarding area...they're not on the plane...they could get kicked out of the airport or not allowed on the plane ....as to patriotic duty...admit it...you just want to snitch on somebody!
