Now that those two are back, it’s shifted to wait til Zach comes back. Don’t you get it? The personnel aren’t the problem, the leadership (coach and GM) are.

    Because he wasnt ANYTHING like this coming into the league.

    Also, he likely doesnt develop the same if we draft him. Miami gave him opportunity and gave him responsibility as a playmaker and he developed into one. He likely doesnt get that same opportunity or responsibility here.
