Right, the "over the top wokeism" of not denying young people who are in such pain and misery that they're often suicidal access to the proper treatment.

It took me about two or three days but I finally got my wife on the waiting list. She got her Pfizer shot at the Portland airport about five weeks ago and gets her second shot tomorrow, Sunday.

 

Minstrel nailed it. No one does this lightly or on a a whim. Only after medical consultation and counseling plus having to make parents understand.

Johnny didn't answer when I asked if he ever talked to a transgender person so I am guessing answer is no. Yet he and legislators know better than the young person, their family, and their doctor. Because straight cis males are a sure experts on trans and gay people.

 

Try the Facebook group “Find a COVID Shot Oregon”. They are supposed to be really good at finding appointments for people. Steve Duin has a column on it in today’s OLive.

I believe this is outdoor mask requirement that Israel no longer enforces. They still require indoor masks and will revisit that if the conditions continue to improve.

 

People are dying after taking various vaccine shots. I'm still skeptical.

 

Over 120 million people in the country I believe, have been vaccinated. How many have died from the vaccination? And yet you and your kind mock coronavirus as nothing worse than the flu for the better part of a pandemic while over 500 THOUSAND people died. The basic math/science/ I don't even know comprehension. Fucking stupid. It's like the 500K number has to be mocked as inflated, but then any bullshit made up report about deaths from the vaccine on facebook are taken as fucking gospel. Brilliant.

 

Which people? Which shots? What was cause of death?

 

But not trans youth.

How fortunate they are to have you, who knows their needs better than they, their parents, or their doctors.

 

How many trans gender people have regretted it? Any?

 

Any time a person makes a decision there is the possibility they will later regret it. I have certainly made choices I later regretted, who hasn't?

Slaves have no regrets because they have no choices.

That is why prior to treatment trans people undergo extensive counseling, to be sure this is who they are. Probably not perfect. Maybe you can find someone who regretted after the fact. Is the solution to take away everyone's choice?

Now, shall we return to the subject of this thread?

  • Both stores chose to disregard Oregon Health Authority requirements to ensure customers (older than age 5) who are inside the establishments wore a source control device, such as a mask, face covering, or face shield. Oregon OSHA issued willful citations, each carrying a $17,500 penalty.
  • The Redmond store was also cited for two serious violations. The employer did not develop and implement a complete risk assessment to identify potential employee exposure to the virus. The employer also failed to develop and implement an infection control plan. A penalty of $300 was imposed for each violation.

I've known a couple who have made the change, one to a woman and one to a man. They didn't regret anything. The one that became masculine was the nicest guy you ever met. He wanted to join the Army and now he can.
That's probably the most important decision a person could make and I doubt there are any who regret it.
