I'm not a CJ basher, but I can't believe anyone could continue to say he's basically an all-star.

The inconsistency on offense while getting torched by a waiver wire pickup in a series like this is just brutal.

 

Dont know why I was so optimistic going into the playoffs this year....been a blazer fan a long time and think I would know better by now. Tough loss.

Decides to “not make any adjustments other than match their intensity”

absolutely refuses to run multiple sets to get AG off of Dame and/or switch the initiator of the offense to get two bad defenders in the PnR (such as using Powell (mpj) instead)

Generally trash on defense and adjustments are late

He’s a useful player that’s being completely underutilized by this moronic coach. Go watch how he played in Toronto’s championship run. He was money because he was put in a position to be successful (not just a puppet standing at the three point line).

 

Coach Stotts said adjustments aren't needed. The team just needs to play with more urgency

 

Are inconsistent and rely to much from 3 point line and if not hitting you usually come up the short end of the stick. This same old story our guards are bad defender until olshey realize this then they will continue to come up shorts. Plus Stotts refuse to adjust from regular offense and defense to go into a playoffs and that just don't cut it when you get this far.

We are the better team. They are missing their starting backcourt. Their backcourt right now is an UNDRAFTED ROOKIE PG and a guy that wasn’t on a team mid season signed to a 10-day contract.

 

The great news is after this series stotts finally is gone. Only coach that doesn’t make adjustments not because he doesn’t want to but because he is absolutely clueless. He plays melo kanter whole year and each game defense is swish cheese. Jokic is unstoppable and stotts got no clue how to even have joker average his regular season. Will be great great time. Fuck you stotts

 

Powell was fine tonight, but he's been an incredible unclutch shooter late in games down the stretch.

Denver is not taking way easier 3pt attempts, but their inferior players are making them. I'm not sure it's sustainable, but these wins count, and that's all that matters at this point.
