I also picked Denver in 6...

But it still freaking hurts. I was really really hoping I was wrong.

At least stotts will be gone. Cj only leaves if olshey leaves so I can hope for that.

I think he can still be decent center but you have premier players that stay attached to there player that they are guarding. Starting 3 6'3 guards we already in disadvantage especially on the boards. We gave 16 second chance points tonight. Olshey have big decision this off season of he still here. I think olshey probably is lucky that Paul still not a live I believe olshey would be fire.

    Terry interview:

Has two years left on his deal (I thought it was only one)

Didn't challenge the three because the replay guy said it was a foul and Nurk said "I barely touched him"

Ok and? He was probably fatigued as fuck from putting this shit team on his back in game 5 in 2 overtimes, how can you blame him? He played his ass off this series and to suggest otherwise is plain fucking ignorant.

Carmelo Anthony has always been trash, but he is not even an NBA player any more. Signing him was a joke. It was always obvious he couldn’t compete as a 4 in the playoffs and would be eaten alive by people half his age in the paint. He allowed about 400 offense rebounds this series. But at least blazer fans got a cheap thrill of a “legend*” playing on our team.

*”legend” status comes from having the worst playoff record of any NBA player in history

I didn't say a fucking thing about Olshey. What I said, in response to you saying it was all on Stotts, was Denver proved it was the better team this series, and for sure the last 2 games. Stotts is a fuckup for sure but not everything wrong with the team is his fault, like you are saying

He now needs to put in the work to insure this never happens again. Call up Tim Duncan and ask if he will work with him. If not him, somebody else. He cannot depend on the Blazers to give him the basketball coaching he needs.

    Nurk:

"Like I said at the beginning of the season: I wish my role was bigger, I thought I could have done more"

Wow, if that's not an indictment of the coaching staff.

Best case scenario: the team is sold and moved to Seattle; Portland gets an expansion team and has a roster of hungry young players who deserve our support.

He definitely could have and is very telling of Stotts. But ultimately he did us no favors fouling out in almost every game.

Edit: I misread, he meant throughout the whole season. But my stance on the playoff series still stands.

Nurk sounds devastated. It's OBVIOUS he did not trust the coaching staff.
